Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cache ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Cache is a mobile application that helps trading card collectors scan, identify, catalog, and manage their card collections using artificial intelligence. The app also provides market data and eBay listing generation tools.

Subscriptions and Billing

Cache offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscription prices are listed in the app and on our website. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use Cache only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;
  • Use the app to conduct fraudulent activity;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems;
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app;
  • Redistribute or resell the app or its content.

AI-Generated Content

Cache uses artificial intelligence to identify cards, generate market analysis, and create eBay listing content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results are informational and not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use, particularly before publishing eBay listings or making buying/selling decisions.

eBay Integration

Cache allows you to connect your eBay account to generate and publish listings. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your eBay listings, compliance with eBay's policies and terms of service, and any transactions conducted through your eBay account. Cache facilitates listing creation but does not guarantee sales, pricing accuracy, or compliance with eBay's policies.

Intellectual Property

Cache and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Justin Gorman and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Cache name, logo, and branding are trademarks of the developer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cache and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from:

  • Inaccurate card identification or market data;
  • eBay listing errors or disputes;
  • Data loss on your device;
  • Service interruptions or downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cache at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Your locally stored data remains on your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Cache after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
